Our system is well-suited to quick set-up and accurate vote tabulation. Voters use their ID badges to speed them through check in. Our most popular convention check-in systems feature badges using barcodes, magnetic stripes or proximity cards. Prox card badges have the added advantage of being able to be used to quickly control access to the convention floor and keep an electronic record of who is on and off the floor. Some conventions require weighted voting, where each vote may be worth a different score than the traditional one man, one vote system. No problem! Our software handles this requirement easily.

Through our experience with event management, we can also assist with other aspects of your convention, including member registration. We can offer pre-registration via the internet, including uploaded photos so the member's credentials are waiting for them. Of course we also provide a location for members registering on site.
