Ellen Zoppo was a founding partner of Merriman River with Matthew Fitch in 1998. She still serves as an advisor and consultant on various political projects for Merriman River and has extensive experience in a variety of state and local political campaigns. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Public Affairs from UCONN, and resides in Bristol, Connecticut.
