For clients with an accurate email roster, internet voting can save time and money. We contact eligible voters via phone, mail or email to give them their access PIN code. Voters log on any time, at their convenience. After entering their identification and PIN code, they are transported to a separate web page where their vote will be recorded in private. Voters can, upon request, ask that a copy of their voted ballot be emailed to them. Internet voting allows for real time monitoring of voter turnout, and, if your rules permit, voters can be allowed to see the running score as voting progresses.
