Nomination notices

We write correct notices of nomination and election, and mail it via first class mail to all members. We use only union printers and experienced mailhouses to guarantee quality and timeliness. We have established relationships and negotiated rates with union printers across North America, ensuring the job is done right and at the right price. Working with you or your international union, we handle data list management to guarantee an accurate mailing list and voting roster.

We also provide multiple language versions where necessary. We have conducted elections in over ten languages including English, Spanish, French, Haitian-Creole, Laotian, Mandarin Chinese, Polish, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese.

Nomination meetings

Working with one of our associated labor attorneys, Merriman River conducts your nominations through mail, in person, via the internet, or however your bylaws mandate. We verify candidate eligibility for you. All of our associated attorneys have years of experience supervising union elections. We conduct slate declarations, ballot lotteries and candidate meetings.
